An electrocardiogram is a waveform of a weak electrical signal generated by the muscles of the heart. Diseases such as arrhythmia , ischemic heart disease , angina , myocardial infarction , cardiac hypertrophy , cardiomyopathy , heart failure , and atrial fibrillation can be identified by the presence or absence of contractile rhythm disorder and myocardial ischemia.
